APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to other customers it is appreciated if clients keep prompt appointment times. Late arrival for an appointment may result in appointments not being able to go ahead due to time restraints.
We regret that it may be necessary to charge 50% of the whole price of your booking in an event of a cancellation being less than 24 hours. Any further appointments may not be made with Adorabella until any debts are settled. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever as a result of a treatment being carried out by us (Adorabella).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date.
Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. You are not obiligised to use the full value of the gift voucher during one treatment session. However, change will not be given. The remaining cash balance of the gift voucher can be redeemed off your next booking.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. On occasion we would like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these then please let us know.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions prior to your treatments as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
We reserve the right to alter prices without any prior notice.
For any client under the age of 18 years, a parent or guardian’s presence is mandatory to give consent for the treatment and to sign the consultation cards. Failure to provide this presence, means that we have the right to refuse any treatments to persons under the age of 18.
